(Tallahassee) Craig Varn, shareholder with Manson Bolves Donaldson Varn (MBDV) law firm has been appointed to the Florida Environmental Regulation Commission by Governor Rick Scott. He fills a vacant seat and is appointed for a term ending March 1, 2019. The appointments are subject to confirmation by the Florida Senate.
Varn, recently named to Florida Trend’s prestigious Legal Elite, has recently rejoined the private firm. Before his term as FDEP General Counsel, Varn spent 4 years with the Manson firm where he practiced environmental, water, land use, governmental and administrative law. He manages the Tallahassee office of MBDV.
