Sheryl Wood, an “AV” rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell, has been practicing law for the last 30 years.
Prior to joining Manson Bolves Donaldson Tanner, Sheryl owned Sheryl G. Wood, P.A., a business transactions practice that focused on art business, intellectual property, corporate board governance, government relations and valuation opinions in West Palm Beach.
Prior to owning her own law firm, Sheryl worked for 22 years at South Florida Water Management District, part of that time serving as its General Counsel. She also spent two years with the School Board of Palm Beach County. For both positions, she managed a full-service civil law office for a governmental entity. focusing on board governance, contracts financial transactions, employment law, and ethics and open government. At SFWMD, Sheryl also focused on environmental law, while at the school board, she focused on education law.
