Miami Corp. counsel Brian A. Bolves of Manson Bolves Donaldson PA told Law360, “We view the lawsuit by the Sierra Club as being an improper collateral attack on a number of approvals obtained by the property owner over the last several years. This ruling of the court is consistent with our view.” He expects a second amendment will be filed but ultimately dismissed because the case is based on a flawed premise.
